Dec 16, Kuwait News, (KUNA) – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced today, Wednesday, that 261 new cases of the new Corona virus (Covid 19) were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 146,971 cases without any death recorded, to stabilize the total number of deaths recorded. And the spokesperson for the ministry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments has reached 54 cases, thus becoming the total number of cases that have been confirmed to have a virus disease and are still receiving Necessary medical care is 3,149 cases.
And Al-Sanad added that the number of swabs that were performed in the past 24 hours reached 6,633, bringing the total to 1196,920 examinations.
