July 12, Ministry spokesman, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Sunday, that among the previous cases that were found to be in contact with cases confirmed to be infected and others under search for the source of infection and examination of those in contact with it.
Al-Sanad said that the previous 836 cases included 549 cases of Kuwaiti citizens, 65.67 percent of the cases, and 287 cases of non-Kuwaitis, 34.33 percent.

Al-Sanad indicated that the number of smears that were performed during the past 24 hours amounted to 3835, indicating that the total number of checks reached 433,336.

July 12, Kuwait MoH: 649 people recover from Covid-19, total 44,610
July 12, KUWAIT NEWS, (KUNA) — Kuwait’s Ministry of Health said Sunday 649 people recovered from the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, raising total recoveries to 44,610.
The MoH said medical teams confirmed recoveries of the new cases following tests in line with the Covid-19 protocol.
