KUWAIT, July 22 (KUNA) – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced today, Wednesday, that 751 new cases of coronary disease (Covid 19) were registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 61185 cases, while 5 deaths were recorded as a result. She fell ill, bringing the total number of deaths recorded to date to 417.
Ministry spokesperson, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that among the previous cases that were found to have been in contact with cases confirmed to be infected and others under investigation to find the source of infection and examine those in contact with it.
Al-Sanad said that the previous 751 cases included 429 cases of Kuwaiti citizens, at a rate of 57.12 percent and 322 cases for non-Kuwaitis, at 42.88 percent.
And that the injuries according to the health areas in the country came with 253 cases in Al Ahmadi Health Zone, 177 cases in Al Jahra Health Zone, 155 cases in Al Farwaniyah Health Zone, 97 cases in Hawali Health Zone and 69 cases in the Capital Health District.
He stated that the number of those receiving medical care in the intensive care departments reached 127, bringing the total of all cases that have been diagnosed with (Covid 19) and still receiving the necessary medical care 9248 cases.
Regarding institutional quarantine centers, he indicated that the total number of persons who ended the period of mandatory institutional quarantine during the past 24 hours reached 3 persons after performing all preventive measures and ensuring that all samples are free of the virus, provided that they complete a period of not less than 14 days in the compulsory domestic quarantine, with effect From the date you left the institutional stone center.

July 22, Kuwait reports 601 more Covid-19 recoveries
July 22, Kuwait News, (KUNA) — The Kuwait Ministry of Health said Wednesday 601 more people recovered from the novel Coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing overall recoveries to 51,520.
The ministry added in a statement to KUNA that the new recoveries were confirmed following necessary clinical tests. (end)
