June 25, KUWAIT, News, (KUNA) — The Ministry of Health announced, Thursday, 909 new infections of the coronavirus (COVID-19), raising the total to 42,788. Deaths reached 339 with the addition of two fatalities.
Official spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said in a press conference that the 909 infections included 479 Kuwaitis and 430 non-Kuwaitis.

Currently, there are patients 152 receiving treatment at intensive care wards, Dr. Al-Sanad revealed.
The health authorities conducted 3,286 swabs in the past 24 hours, raising the whole count to 368,510, Dr. Al-Sanad added.
Earlier, the Health Ministry announced the recovery of 558 people from the coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the tally to 33,367.

June 25, Kuwait confirms recovery of 558 Covid-19 patients

June 25, KUWAIT, News, (KUNA) — The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health said on Thursday that 558 more Coronavirus patients had recovered in the past 24 hours.
This brings the country’s overall count of recoveries from the viral illness, known as Covid-19, to 33,367 so far, the ministry said in a statement to KUNA.
Lab analyses and tests showed that the patients had already been cured of the virus, the ministry added. (end)
