Nov 23, Kuwait News, (KUNA) – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced today, Monday, that 337 new cases of the new Corona virus (Covid 19) were recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases registered in the country to 140,393, while two deaths were recorded as a result of contracting the disease. The total number of deaths registered to date has reached 868.
The official spokesperson for the ministry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments has reached 80 cases, bringing the total number of cases that have been confirmed to have a disease ( Covid 19) and is still receiving the necessary medical care 6677 cases.
He added that the number of swabs that were conducted in the past 24 hours amounted to 4492, bringing the total to 1056493 examinations.
He renewed the call to citizens and residents to continue adopting all preventive measures and avoid contact with others And keenness to implement the strategy of physical distancing, recommending to visit the official accounts of the Ministry of Health and the official authorities in the country to view instructions and recommendations and everything that would contribute to containing the spread of the virus.
